Information on the Protection of Personal Data

Andevos Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Pazarlama A.Ş. takes the highest level of security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in compliance with the law and to protect your privacy. 

Our goal is to provide you with transparent information regarding the collection and storage of your personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal reasons, and your rights, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and with the aim of ensuring your satisfaction. 

As Andevos we place great importance on the lawful processing and protection of all personal data belonging to individuals associated with our company, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Being aware of this responsibility, as a 'Data Controller' defined under KVKK, we process your personal data as described below and within the limits prescribed by legislation.

Definitions in this Information Text

  • Personal Data:Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 

  • Personal Data Protection Law ('KVKK'): The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which was published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016.

  • Data Controller:The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.

  • Data Processor:A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller based on the authority granted by the Data Controller.

Data Controller

Under KVKK, your personal data shared with us in your capacity as a stakeholder, supplier, customer, employee, intern, visitor, etc., will be evaluated by Andevos Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Pazarlama A.Ş. which is designated as the Data Controller, within the scope specified below.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Depending on your relationship with our company, your personal data may be collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, including all branches and units of our company, all systems, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means, whether verbally, in writing, or electronically. Your personal data may be created and updated as long as your relationship with our company continues.

The collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, for purposes such as: 

  • Conducting the necessary work by relevant business units to enable you to benefit from our company's services,

  • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the individuals in business relationships with our company,

  • Determining and implementing our company’s strategies,

  • Managing our company’s human resources policies.

In line with KVKK’s principles, personal data will be processed in a manner that is:

  • Lawful and in accordance with the rules of good faith, 

  • Accurate and, when necessary, up to date, 

  • Processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes,

  • Relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,

  • Stored for the duration required by relevant legislation or necessary for the processing purpose.

While interacting with users visiting our website, our company may collect various types of information, including:

  • Identity information:Such as name, email address, and other contact details.

  • Transaction details:Such as transaction history, requests, and other information.

2. Recipients and Purposes of Sharing Processed Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be shared, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, with:

  • Public institutions and private individuals authorized by law,

  • For purposes such as enabling you to benefit from our company’s services, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the individuals in business relationships with our company, determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies, and managing our company’s human resources policies.

3. Methods and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected in verbal, written, or electronic form for the purpose of providing our services and fulfilling our company’s contractual and legal obligations fully and accurately. Personal data collected on this legal basis may also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in Sections (1) and (2) of this document, in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of KVKK

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods set out below, our company will conclude your request free of charge within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our company may be charged. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is processed,

  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction if personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK,

  • Request notification of correction or deletion processes to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to any result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • Request compensation for damage in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights as stated above to our company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Board has not yet determined any methods at this stage, your application must be made in writing.
