As Andevos we place great importance on the lawful processing and protection of all personal data belonging to individuals associated with our company, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). 4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of KVKK
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods set out below, our company will conclude your request free of charge within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our company may be charged. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

Your applications will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt, as per paragraph 2 of Article 13 of KVKK. Our responses will be provided to you in writing or electronically, as required by KVKK Article 13.
